Sunny Day Readings - Frequently Asked Questions
How long does this subscription last?
As long as you want. If you feel your life is sunny enough
to discontinue, email me to tell me so. Your
subscription will end within 7 days but I will continue to send the remaining
readings in your paid-up month unless you ask me to quit them
immediately.

Is this really my own unique reading for each day?
Yes. Just for you. Unlike astrology readings where all
Scorpios get the same daily reading, your Sunny Day Reading is unique to you.
Janet sits down every morning and does your reading just for you. Once it's ready,
she sends it off to you. Every morning. Bright and early.

I can get daily readings for free on the internet. Why should I
pay for yours?
It's a different reading. Computer-generated free readings
on the net can be fun, but this is the real thing. This is really me, really
connecting with your energy, really finding out what's in store for you for
the day.

This must take you a lot of time. How can they be so inexpensive?
I have automated a lot of the clerical and administration stuff.
You'll notice that the header and footer of each daily reading is the same. Just the information
for the day changes each day. I ask for credit card payment so I don't have to process an order
every time you renew (and you get a bonus when you choose to auto renew - you get $7.00 off
the fee each month !) Instead of $29.95 a month, you get your full month of personalized daily
psychic readings for just $22.95 a month ! All that automation leaves me lots of time to focus
on your reading. And the reading isn't pages and pages long. It's short and sweet and to the
point so that you can see what you need to know quickly and easily and get on with your day.

Can I ask for more information about the reading?
The Sunny Day Readings are complete and clear. If you want
details or more insight, order a Mini Reading
or an Issue-in-Depth Reading.

I live in Australia. My day starts more than 12 hours ahead of yours.
Do I get my Sunny Day Reading in time?
Yes. I send each reading a day in advance so you can have it
first thing in the morning, no matter what your time zone.

I have been getting Sunny Day for a month now and I like it.
I want to switch to the auto-renewing subscription. How do I do
this?
Just email me and I'll make
the change for you.

I need to change my credit card information. What do I
do?
Just send me an email with the
new information, or if you prefer not to send it by email, phone me at 519-
925-1990 and I'll make the change.

How do I change my email address?
Contact me letting me know what
the old email address was and what the new one will be. I will confirm that
the change is made to your new email address.

I'm not getting the daily readings in my email inbox? What can I
do?
First check that the email address you gave me was correct.
Then, check that your email box isn't full. Then check your junk mailbox to
see if your system thinks emails from me are bulk mail. You may want to put my
email address in your address book so that your system sees my emails as
friendly. If none of this is working, check with your email provider or IT
manager to let them know my emails have been requested by you. They may have
blocked them. If you are still not getting them, give me an alternate email
address. (Some free email providers don't care if they lose your mail. Choose one
that takes your email delivery seriously.)

What if I can't access my email on the weekends?
For special situations, I can send your
email readings a few days in advance. If this is a regular problem I can make a
special arrangement to send you a full week of readings at a time.

I got the same reading twice this month. Why?
When there's an issue that's taking up a lot of our energy,
it could be days or weeks or longer before we move through it. So it comes up
again and again. Happily, when we meet it with awareness we find it's
easier to move through gracefully.
