7 Day Healing Intensive
This special series of distant Integrative Healings is for people who feel really stuck or damaged or surrounded by negativity or blocked or are suffering from a stubborn chronic problem. You get a full Integrative Healing for 7 days straight. In this process, Janet works with energy, devas, angels, colour, light and more to heal, align, balance and harmonize your energy bodies. Each day we work with a different process.

Homework
Every day you'll get a bit of homework to do that will take a few minutes of your time- nothing big, like:
- taking a walk in the trees
- going out to see the stars
- doing a gratitude meditation at bedtime
- donating something to charity - even just a buck
- doing something creative
- singing or humming
- giving yourself a special treat
What to Expect
Janet does not guarantee miracles, but neither does she rule them out. Results depend on many factors. Yet having these healings 7 days in a row can be a powerful way to bring in a steady positive influence. We can relax when we know that this strong healing is happening every day and with that relaxation, we move into acceptance and trust. This is where the magic comes in. It is when we move into acceptance and trust that miracles can happen.
