For many we can represent an agility and power. Yet our energy is also one of reserved strength. Within us are hidden reserves of power that can be called up at a moment's notice to be used in an explosion of activity before stopping and recharging. Our connections to other creatures seem to be sparse and scattered, yet our connection to our place of living runs deep.

We are Mountain Goat. Come to us when you need to know your ability to draw strength at a moment's notice. Come to us also when you need to know that your connection to the earth sustains you.
