A Brook
The rhythms in Nature can be seen in the smallest
of creatures in the smallest of places to the largest of systems. The minnow,
gently trolling back and forth in my depths as it waits for food to move
downstream towards it is operating in the rhythm of its feeding. Back and
forth as the flow demands, as its needs demand and as the food become
available. Larger systems operate on the same principle. Climate patterns
shift according to their own energies, to the energies around them and to the
changes that alter them both.
Become aware of how you move in your flow and how you do
not through whatever method serves you best. And you may come to find that
patterns of disharmony are rooted in old customs and rituals and beliefs that
may have served you well at one time, but no longer serve to keep your life in
balance.
Be prepared to discover, when you open your awareness to
your own flow, how sweet a rapture it can be to move in harmony with your own
being and how delightful the world can be to greet, when you move in harmony
with it. We are the Spring. Flow with us.
