Although it may seem easy to hear our dance or feel our song when you are out in the forest or beside a river, our song has not disappeared when you are in the mist of a bustling city. Hearing only the sounds of traffic or seeing only the structures of urban life, if you listen carefully or look closely, you will see that our song is there beneath your feet, in the air around you, and within all of these things you have so carefully constructed.

Our song can be heard beside a freeway, for the freeway helps define what our song is.

When you recognize your need to hear the birds sing in your yard, you will find a way to move yourself through the city that has less noise. When you find you have a need to walk beside the pure water of a creek, you will find a way to allow the creeks free run. Listen for a moment to the sound of the traffic. And then listen to the spaces between the sound. It is within those spaces you hear our song. It is within those spaces, you recognize that the more distance you put between yourself and us, the closer you bring yourself to us. We are the Natural energies around you. Be with us.
