To explore the way of the heart is to explore your very nature. To fight against the demands of the ocean is against our very nature. It is necessary for our form to change, to break down, to erode, just as it is necessary for the ocean to erode us. We are the Seaside Rocks. Be like us. Allow the events, circumstances, people and relationships in your life to rub up against you in whatever way is best for their nature, and allow yourself to change in response to this interaction.
