Wind
Be with yourself as you move through your day. Follow your
inclinations from one place to the next. In magine that we blow you from one activity to
another and allow yourself to move in rhythm with the way we blow. We are the Wind. When
you feel bored, imagine we are tickling you into other activity. When you are tired,
imagine us cushioning you as you move into rest. We are your allies, your helpers, your
friends and we are yourselves. We are the Wind. See us this way.

When you listen just the right way, you can hear us laugh. As
we push against you and blow around you and push against the birds in flight and ruffle up
the surface of the pond, you can hear us laugh.
There is no struggle in wind. There is no hardship, no strife. We blow
against objects tall and small, swirl around corners, and express our energy in huge
strength or gentle wafts.
We are Wind. Watch how the birds push against us or ride upon our
currents. Watch how the leaves rustle, the clouds fly by and the pollen spreads. But do
more than this. Listen not only with your ears to the sound we make pushing through the
branches, but listen with your heart and you can hear us laugh.
