We are Blackberry. We lie in profusion in the places where our energy is recognized and valued, moving from open place to open place as the years go by.

When you come to us high summer, feel the wealth of profusion, not only in us, but in the others that abound around us - milkweed, butter and eggs, chickweed, grape and the countless others whose energies mingle with ours. Include in your awareness the profusion of insect and animal life - the birds, the squirrels, the bees who not only pollinate our flowers but who get drunk on the sweetness of our berries.
