Take yourself into a land where all the things you see give you a feeling of warmth and comfort. Where all the things you hear fill you up. Where all the scents become absorbed through your skin. Take yourself to that special place. A summer glade. Feel the warmth of the summertime sun. Hear the call of birds. The movement of water.

These are expressions of who you are.

Take heart, for you have created this place and you have created the pleasure you derive from this place.

Pick up a token from this place. Thank this place for having given you this token. And keep it with you. Put it in your pocket. Bring it with you wherever you go and when you need the comfort and serenity of this special place, take it out of your pocket, feel it in your hand, close your eyes and imagine yourself back in this special place. Take a moment to absorb all the things that make this place special. The weather, the sun, the wind, the scents, the sounds, the greenness. You transport yourself back to this special place. This place of great comfort, great beauty.

Imagine that you see this place surrounded in a cocoon of light. Have it shrink and put it into your heart and you will be able to express, in whatever situation, the comfort and serenity of this place. It will be in your words, in your thoughts, in your feelings. It is a part of who you are. Forever.
